Operations Manager, Last Mile, IN GSF (Amazon Now, Fresh, SSD)

1. Own and drive operational performance across a cluster of sites, with accountability for last mile capacity, cost efficiency, and customer experience metrics 2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations leaders, building organizational depth and succession pipelines 3. Partner with internal teams (planning, technology, finance, PXT) and external partners to ensure operational readiness and business continuity 4. Support the scaling of existing business lines and the onboarding of newer business verticals under the GSF org 5. Identify operational gaps, drive root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions 6. Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and track performance 7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards across all sites. We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
