Operations Manager, Last Mile, IN QC

1. Own and drive operational performance across a cluster of sites, with accountability for last mile capacity, cost efficiency, and customer experience metrics 2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations leaders, building organizational depth and succession pipelines 3. Partner with internal teams (planning, technology, finance, PXT) and external partners to ensure operational readiness and business continuity 4. Support the scaling of existing business lines and the onboarding of newer business verticals. 5. Identify operational gaps, drive root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions 6. Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and track performance 7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards across all sites BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
