Payroll Experience Specialist, Payroll Finance

- Lead projects end-to-end, manage cross-level stakeholders, and report on progress and status. - Partner with payroll operations, HR, product, and technology teams on shared initiatives. - Create self-service content that improves the customer experience. - Communicate project/metric status, risks, and decisions on system or process changes to stakeholders. - Represent the Global Payroll Experience team in cross-level global forums. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - 4+ years of finance experience - Knowledge of finance, accounting or related field focused on analytics - Experience using data to influence business decisions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - PMP, or PMP certificate
