Planning Manager, Real Estate - Global Realty

Leading the planning and implementation of QC projects and Build-outs in coordination with PMC (Project Management Consultant) and the vendors Monitoring regular work progress with reports towards meeting the project deliverables Monitoring project resource and manpower requirements and organizing weekly review meetings with follow up MoM (Minutes of Meeting) reports Keeping the project focus in line with detailed project plans BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of project management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience - Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
