Define the sequencing, the critical path, and the trade-offs. Cross-Org Program Execution: Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams and partner organizations. Own the workback plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and escalation paths that keep multi-quarter programs on track across organizational boundaries. Architecture Transformation Delivery: Drive the program execution of a multi-year architecture plan — platform buildout, API migration across dozens of consumers, interface harmonization across services, and shared capability rollouts. Sequence these against feature delivery so they compound rather than compete. Operational Cadence & Mechanisms: Build and run the review cadences and launch readiness mechanisms that drive accountability across stakeholder teams. Give leadership clear, honest visibility — with a path to green, not just a status report. Capacity & Resource Strategy: Map engineering bandwidth against the launch calendar, surface gaps well before they become blockers, and drive trade-off decisions when demand exceeds capacity.
