- Serve as the single-threaded leader owning complex programs across multiple VP organizations - Identify business and technical requirements with science, operations, product, and engineering stakeholders, translating them into specifications, scoped deliverables, and program roadmap from design through launch - Lead design and implementation efforts across cross-functional teams, making trade-offs to optimize time-to-market - Own stakeholder communication through all stages of the product lifecycle, clearly articulating goals, roles, and desired outcomes - Drive high-level strategic initiatives while being willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done The right candidate will have a strong program management background, demonstrated experience leading large to extra-large projects, and a well-rounded technical foundation. You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
