Process Associate, AMXL 3P FC - North

Manage daily floor operations (inbound, outbound, and re-boxing) Allocate tasks and monitor associate productivity Ensure quality checks and minimize defects Follow and enforce SOP compliance Track and report daily performance metrics (KPI) Coordinate with Area Managers for smooth operations Resolve on-floor issues and ensure timely dispatch BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience - high school diploma or equivalent - High school or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or above - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
