Procurement Category Manager - Energy & Water Infrastructure, Data Center Services Procurement (DCSP)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Manage the Energy and Water Infrastructure categories within the CAPEX domain • Ensure on-time execution of RFPs/tenders across multiple countries from supplier on-boarding, RFx initiation, pre-tender briefings, post-tender interviews and clarifications, proposal evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection till contract award • Achieve cost savings through bidding, negotiations and strategic initiatives • Understand customer requirements and analyze category data to establish and implement robust regional procurement category strategies that deliver value to the business • Understand trends in customers’ needs and concerns across categories and regions to influence customers’ priorities • Provide in-depth knowledge about the supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically, to the business. • Develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost • Create supplier scorecards to measure and tra BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field - Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports - Experience driving process excellence and productivity improvement initiatives, including Kaizen methodologies - 5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience creating an innovative global supply strategy for the organization resulting in a tangible benefit to the business - Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions - Knowledge of data center products and their global supply chains - Six-Sigma or equivalent certification
