Procurement Compliance Specialist, Procurement Audits and Compliance

- Conduct regular audits of procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations - Develop and implement audits & compliance programs and procedures to mitigate risks associated with procurement standards - Monitor procurement transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or non-compliance issues identified during audits. - Work with Process & Execution team to analyze existing procurement standards, identify areas for improvement, analyze gaps & root causes, and define & implement mitigation action plans - Recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline procurement compliance operations and to enhance efficiency and reduce costs (compliance strategy continuous improvement) - Program manage audits and compliance activities and mitigation actions/projects (project plan, stakeholder management, project coordination, definition of KPIs, change manag BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience in project/program management - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Experience in Supply Chain Management - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience leading process improvements - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
