• Drive end-to-end product strategy and development, from identifying market opportunities through launch, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketplace compliance • Lead selection and catalog initiatives across categories, leveraging data analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve discovery, and optimize operations • Own technical solutions for inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain optimization; drive improvements in key operational metrics including speed, availability, and quality • Partner with business, tech, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive growth initiatives across the Amazon ecosystem • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, setting and tracking key performance metrics while balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic objectives • Champion customer-centric innovation in product development and operations; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ML/AI solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of product management experience - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization - Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
