* Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs. * Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-make. * Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities * Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Collaborate with global teams across Europe. * Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, analytics, mathematics. - - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - - Experience with SQL and Excel - - Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment - - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent - - Experience with operations/supply chain - - Ability to closely work with operation, finance and planning leaders to manage lead-time, capacity, and optimize the imp
