Program Manager-Control Tower- Netops, Control Tower

- On-going generation and creation of reporting. - Analyzing data to outline any reasons for under/over performance and take actions to improve performance. - Support the delivery of productivity targets for all KPI's - Ensure accurate recording and reporting of metrics. - Performing updates and acting as an SME on workflow tools. - Work closely with leadership to identify “hot spots” and take appropriate actions to minimize any impacts. - Communicate and interact effectively with operations and support functions to provide internal customers with information/data needs in a timely manner. - Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving workflow processes and automation of processes. (Using Excel VBA or in any other tool) - Raise awareness to any areas for development or recognition. - Maintain accurate local workforce management data. - Convert all excel reporting to tool (Power BI, Quick sight, SQL, Tableau etc). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Knowledge of SQL - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
