Program Manager, Demand Planning and Workforce Intelligence

Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for complex, multi-team initiatives across DPWI's portfolio of AI-powered forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce management solutions Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery of GenAI/LLM-powered products. Drive cross-functional coordination between data scientists, ML engineers, software development teams, operations stakeholders, and business partners to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Establish and manage program governance mechanisms including sprint cadences, status reporting, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks for AI/ML product delivery Partner with Product Managers to translate product vision into executable program plans, breaking down complex AI/ML initiatives into phased delivery milestones with clear success criteria Lead stakeholder management across global SPS operations, driving adoption of centralized forecasting platforms by coordinating onboarding, change management, and enablement activities for Finance, Operations, and Business BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
