Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in compliance workflows, focusing on reducing seller burden, improving automation, and scaling across new regulations Drive automation of appeals handling to reduce cost to serve while maintaining reinstatement accuracy and seller satisfaction Track and analyze appeals metrics including appeal rates, reinstatement rates, first contact resolution, and time to resolution to identify opportunities for automation Drive UX improvements that reduce seller confusion, repeat contacts, and unnecessary appeals related to EPR enforcement actions Implement automation processes that reduce manual investigation effort and improve consistency of appeal outcomes Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives within the appeals lifecycle, targeting reduction in repeat contacts and contacts per issue BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience - Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field - Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience handling confidential information - Experience interacting with local food safety regulators PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience - Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials - Experience with SQL and Excel
