Program Manager I, ATS Programs

Execute defined programs and support launches within a structured scope Track performance metrics and provide updates on program deliverables Use data to identify operational gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and best practices Coordinate tasks, manage dependencies, and escalate risks when needed Support process standardization and documentation to improve scalability and consistency BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of program or project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 1+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
