Program manager I, Selection, OHL Selection Team

In this role, you will create and implement initiatives that enable Amazon and partner teams to deliver a sustainable business at scale and at the same time retain high bar on crucial customer facing parameters. You will collaborate with category, sellers, product, program, fulfilment channel teams across the company to define and execute right initiatives. You will experiment with pilot projects to identify right solutions that solves long-term business problems, resolving or mitigating issues in medium term and communicating with senior leaders in the organization on the progress made. Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects: work prioritization, planning, task delegation and meeting timelines Willingness to dive in and be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives Strong BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience - 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience using Microsoft Projects software - Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
