Program Manager II, Amazon

- Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program lifecycles to deliver projects that achieve goals impacting multiple organizations across the Quick Commerce space - Monitor performance metrics daily, identify operational gaps through data analysis, and work with Business Intelligence teams to continuously build mechanisms that surface issues before they impact customers - Define and implement standard operating procedures for Quick Commerce operations, ensuring adherence and driving process improvements across one-party and third-party operations teams - Collaborate tactically with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Launch teams to address performance gaps and delivery issues, serving as the bridge between ROW-Flex Tech and operational teams to resolve technical concerns - Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize system quality and operational excellence, making trade-offs between time, quality, and resources while navigating ambiguity to determine correct deliverables BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
