- Manage and optimize delivery capacity planning across Bengaluru's dark store network by coordinating with fleet managers and team leads to ensure operational readiness, especially during peak volume periods including weekends - Drive operational excellence by owning key performance metrics including Delivery Service Rate (DSR) and On-Time Performance (OTP+3), conducting root cause analysis at stations and implementing programmatic solutions - Collaborate tactically with cross-functional stakeholders including operations teams, delivery partners, and station managers to rapidly deploy capacity and resolve bottlenecks that impact customer delivery experience - Execute field-based problem solving through gemba walks and ride-alongs with delivery partners to identify systemic issues, understand ground realities, and develop data-driven action plans for performance improvement - Monitor program performance using relevant tools and mechanisms, communicate status to stakeholders through regular reviews, and escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining project timelines and minimizing operational disruption BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
