Program Manager II, Central Leads Management Team

> Own end-to-end delivery of multiple global programs and product initiatives across lead generation, lead qualification, prioritization, assignment automation, opportunity management, and sales productivity. > Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Operations teams to define business requirements, success metrics, implementation plans, adoption mechanisms, and long-term operating models. > Build and improve recruitment enablement tools that help sales teams identify the right sellers, prioritize the right opportunities, and take timely action through scalable workflows. > Drive AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives and self-service insights for sales users BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of program management, project management or product management experience - Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions - Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience - Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment - 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and man
