- Support the 1-3 year network topology planning for Last Mile, contributing to build plans that balance capacity requirements with cost and speed objectives - Conduct capacity deficit analysis across AMZL and EDSP stations, identifying gaps and proposing solutions through new launches, relocations, or operational levers - Build and maintain long-range forecasting models integrating SCOT inputs, channel share assumptions, and peakiness factors to project station-level volume requirements - Develop cost-benefit analyses for topology changes including station launches, closures, relocations, etc. - Support the POR narrative for OP1/OP2/3YF cycles by preparing capacity projections, topology change summaries, and cost impact assessments - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Real Estate, Operations, DSP Program, Engineering) to execute build plan elements including site scouting, launch timelines, and capacity readiness - Maintain and update capacity planning tools and frameworks including MCCT, ZAPs analysis, and station-level volume tracking to ensure planning accuracy - Prepare decision documents with quantified options and trade-offs for leadership review on topology changes, supporting senior team members in framing strategic choices BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
