- Own end-to-end catalog readiness workback for new WFM marketplace launches (UK, Canada) — from intake through ASIN creation, EPI contribution, validation, and signoff - Define and enforce catalog launch criteria; publish weekly readiness status to expansion PMs from T-12 weeks - Maintain - Own the catalog ops workback for each Vendor Central migration cohort (3,500 vendors) — track cross-functional dependencies with defined SLAs, escalate silent blockers with data - Build and own the steady-state vendor listing friction support workstream for WFM vendors on Vendor Central - Drive cross-organizational stakeholder engagement across WFM, ASCS, GDO, GMT, and Amazon Retail systems - Own volume forecasting, HC planning against inflow, and intake channel design - Define SOPs, escalation paths, and partner maps for international catalog maintenance and vendor listing workflows - Communicate program status, risks, and go/no-go recommendations to senior leadership BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of driving process improvements experience - Knowledge of general AI tools
