Program Manager, Maintenance, WW PhySec Maintenance & Sustainability

- Support operational physical security preventative and corrective maintenance projects and programs across India and WW - Support equipment and repair hubs, asset lifecycle management processes, and rapid deployment solutions - Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., field security and loss prevention, operations, IT) and external maintenance services providers (MSPs) to deliver on project and program goals - Maintain accurate reporting on maintenance performance, SLA adherence, and vendor delivery - Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost effectiveness and process improvement - Contribute to value engineering efforts, standards updates, and task automation to drive continuous improvement - Support sustainability initiatives within the team and region, promoting long-term operational efficiency and resource optimization BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
