KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage end-to-end execution of programs that improve the fulfillment and transportation network, ensuring tasks, timelines, and dependencies are tracked and actioned. * Coordinate between regional configuration teams and stakeholders to support the adoption of new configuration models and feature improvements. * Support prioritisation of feature enhancement requests from business teams by gathering requirements, documenting trade-offs, and escalating decisions to senior team members. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help standardise core configuration elements that support network growth and scalability. * Contribute to OP planning processes by collecting inputs, tracking deliverables, and maintaining alignment with team priorities. * Drive process improvement initiatives, best practice documentation, and standardisation efforts within regional configuration teams. * Own program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking for assigned initiatives; proactively surface risks and flag blockers to senior stakeholders. * Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to immediate stakeholders and team leads, ensuring nothing falls through the gaps. * Build working knowledge of the team's technical domain to support problem-scoping discussions and t BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
