• Monitor end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure adherence to service levels, timelines, and quality standards. Deep dive operational metrics and support process improvement initiatives. • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain operational efficiency. The individual should monitor risks and coordinate with diverse stakeholders to mitigate issues. • Mentor and support team members depending on business requirement. • Coordinate with stakeholders on shipment requirements acting as an execution POC and providing timely updates to leadership to support strategic decisions. • Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) support execution order placement. • Manage communication with vendors on inventory handling and operational requirements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience with MS Share-point - Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
