Job Responsibilities: 1- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled. 2- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped Hubs and MFCs towards meeting business goals. 3- Proactively track mapped sites performance and pre-announce training interventions. 4- Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned sites. 5- Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned sites. 6- Conducting learning session on new process as well as standard SOPs through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning to the site L&D( 3P supervisors, Amazon BB Leaders) 7- Maintaining data and analysis through relevant reports (as per business requirement) 8- Ensure completion of digital new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time. 9- Partners with operations leaders while conducting site health check and fix the gaps on an immediate basis. 10-Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance. 11- Drive Quality & Learning metrics 12- Conduct online and class room training sessions for the stake holders BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
