Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

Facility & Administrative Management • Oversee all facility and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule • Respond to trouble ticket (TT) calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair work • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, including electrical and mechanical components Electrical Systems Management • Installation support, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials • Installation support, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components including photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders • Perform regular electrical maintenance and repair work • Issue height work and hot work permits as required Energy & Generator Management • Monitor and record energy consumption readings • Perform diesel generator (DG) maintenance and upkeep Building & Equipment Maintenance • Conduct minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment • Maintain fixed furniture and operational equipment including trolleys, cages, and carts • Perform regular maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters • Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls Safety & Compliance • Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and fire extin BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience
