Renewable Energy Procurement Manager, APJC Energy and Water

• Manage day-to-day activities related to Amazon’s renewable energy portfolio • Develop and execute strategies to improve renewable revenues in Asia Pacific, with a focus on India • Execute transactions related to renewable optimization • Support in structuring and negotiating renewable power purchase agreements in Asia Pacific • Analysis of energy industry trends, market policy and regulations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or other related fields - 3+ years of experience with renewable and energy markets - 2+ years of experience trading wholesale power PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - 5+ years of experience in energy markets or power trading - Experience with utility scale renewable project development, power forecasting and scheduling, portfolio management theory and wholesale power market operations - Experience building relationships and working with industry stakeholders, such as IEX, CERC, distribution companies and renewable project developers
