Risk Analyst, Relay Product Excellence

- Write queries, compile data, and generate reports utilizing technologies such as RedShift, RDS (MySQL, MSSQL), Spectrum, and ETL. - Tell a story based off the data, propose insights, and see actions through to the finish on those insights - Interacting with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and developing complex analytics model and data-sets for deep dive - Identifying the data quality issues across the various platforms at Amazon - Extracting and combining data from various heterogeneous data sources - Design and build data visualization tools to provide scalable solution for self-service metrics reporting - Understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data - Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identif BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of work experience in logistics/transportation industry - Experience working on identity verification/ fraud detection processes - Knowledge of MS Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets, ETL DW concepts - Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data through SQL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge in data and experience spotting trends and fixing gaps - Knowledge using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement - Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Minimum 1 year experience working with AWS / Quicksight tools - Knowledge of Python, VBA, Macros, Selenium scripts - Experie
