Risk Manager II, FinOps

• Lead projects to drive controllership improvements across the Finance Operations teams • Drive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operation processes and report the health of service from Quality perspective in an easy yet insightful manner. • Develop, modify, maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations process and controls • Internal Audit, SOC Audits, SOX Compliance & ITGC Audits • Identify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner to implement solutions that mitigate risks. • Advise the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controls. • Coordinate with multiple teams within AP, AR, R2R and Tax teams to ensure best practices are followed and implemented • Partner with control owners to facilitate responses to internal and external auditors. • Ensure standardization of Finance Operations policy creation, modification, and maintenance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience -3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience -Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field -Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels -Bachelor's degree or equivalent -Experience handling confidential information -Experience interacting with local food safety regulators PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience -Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials -Experience with SQL and Excel
