Risk Manager II, RISC Surveillance (Program)

- Define control health management strategy and ensure product safety and compliance controls are effective worldwide. - Lead execution and maintenance of proactive safety solutions of large-scale category for worldwide stores and apply learnings globally. - Build mechanisms and send out communication to leaders on the progress. - Manage cross functional teams indirectly involved with the execution of the program. - Partner with Business intelligence teams to build required reporting and sharing periodic updates with leaders. - Build processes and automate workflows where possible with the use of AI. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience - Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field - Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience handling confidential information - Experience interacting with local food safety regulators PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience - Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials - Experience with SQL and Excel
