Base Building Equipment Operation & Maintenance Execute preventive and reliability-centered maintenance on electrical systems (LV/MV breakers, relays, transformers). Respond swiftly to breakdowns with clear stakeholder communication. Support inventory shelving changes and maintain deck plates/side guards. Monitor Heat Index, coordinate with HVAC technicians on breaches, and report root causes to RME Manager. Maintain HVAC systems (chillers, pumps, AHUs) and work with BMS components (damper valves, servo actuators, BACnet protocols). Supervise PEB structure audits, manage work permits with WHS, review critical spares in APM store, and maintain facilities (washrooms, cafeteria, driver rooms) with 3P MSTs. Facilities & Soft Services Management Lead cleanliness operations and soft services quality assurance. Develop cleaning schedules, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety compliance. Handle chemical/waste protocols, pest management, and system documentation (PR/PO, attendance, waste/scrap). Manag BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent - 1 to 3 years of working experience with manufacturing, commercial office, service, facilities management, or warehouse industries - B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication or Instrumentation and Controls PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of experience in Electrical, IT, or working in a commercial building environment - 2+ years of experience working with Building Management Systems and/or electrical power monitoring systems - PLC programming and implementation experience with Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Omron - 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience - Certified in performing Low-Voltage circuit breaker maintenance and troubleshooting - Lock out/Tag out Training and Experi
