Sales Ops Representative, Amazon Freight, IN

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to: -Responsible for implementation on new and existing SOPs -Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency -Support business by researching on inbounding defects / billing & payments. -Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks, process control gaps and improve the performance and share of wallet. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with external customer interaction - Experience in an operational role
