We're looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to own relationships with our D2C brands, drive adoption of our checkout & fulfillment solutions, and ensure customer success. • Own and grow a portfolio of D2C brand accounts • Drive product adoption and usage metrics across accounts • Analyze checkout performance data to identify optimization opportunities • Work closely with brands to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support. • Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C ecosystem . • Data-driven approach to problem-solving • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
