Salesforce Developer and Admin, ISS

Amazon's International Seller Growth (ISG) team seeks a Salesforce Developer and Admin to manage and optimize our Salesforce and AWS systems that power global seller operations. This role combines technical expertise with customer support, ensuring smooth experiences for third-party sellers registering and operating on Amazon's worldwide marketplace. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables millions of sellers to expand their businesses globally through Amazon's platform. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field - -3+ years of Salesforce development experience in Service and Sales Cloud environments - - Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce - - Excellent experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) - Proficiency in JavaScript and Python - Experience with version control systems (Git) - - Experience with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0) - - Experience with AWS services PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - - Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills. - - Enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced, startup environment - - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and simultaneously manage multiple medium-to-large projects. - - Is able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-tasks with a sense of urgency. - - Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness.
