Security Program Manager, Infrastructure Physical Security

Strategic Project Leadership: Spearhead physical security design and system installation for new data centers, expansions, and special projects. Financial Management: Direct multi-million-dollar security project lifecycles including bid packages, specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budgeting, change orders, and documentation. Technology Innovation: Apply knowledge of emerging physical security technologies to enhance the AWS physical security program. Strategic Advisory: Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance to leadership for technology and procedural decisions. Operational Excellence: Prioritize tasks effectively and operate seamlessly across organizational boundaries Maintenance Oversight: Execute and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for security system equipment Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to physical security standards, project scopes, budg BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or a related field - 10+ years of construction or project management, or 4+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience - 10-12 years' experience managing projects, operations, installation, and maintenance of regional/global physical security systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe or SCRUM/Agile certification - Experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems - Certification in Lene
