Senior Account Manager Conglomorate

This leader will bring deep and strong C-level relationships with influencers (in business and IT / CIO functions across enterprise levels) to help further establish Amazon as the leader in enterprise cloud computing. Towards this goal, s/he will be leading a pan-India team of sellers and partner closely with AWS - Solution Architect teams, Partner teams, Marketing, Enterprise support and Proserv teams to drive tangible business outcomes for our large Conglomerate customers. We are looking for a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute a geographic plan to consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets/ quota. This leader would report into the Head of Conglomerates, AWS India. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience - 3+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience - Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in negotiation and selling - Experience managing and developing high performance teams - Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner - Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent - 11+ years of driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales, technical, marketing, segmentation, legal (contracts) experience - Experi PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - Are enrolled in or have completed a full-time MBA program in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science or a related field - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience working independently with minima
