The main responsibilities of the Senior Associate include, but are not limited to: • Handle end-to-end processes and related tools in order to achieve business goals. • Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards • Open to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with scheduling flexibility supported through advance notice and accommodations where possible • Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done • Support and implement improvement ideas in order to increase process efficiency. • Monitor individual KPIs (productivity, quality, utilization, etc.), create reports, raise the flag, and dive deep on deviations. • Share knowledge and best practices with the team through email, shadowing sessions, and workshops. • Train and mentor other Associates to ensure a fast ramp-up. • Flag any process updates received from stakeholders to the Manager. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or above - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to structure emails and updates backed by data. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - • Relevant experience in catalog, data, or operations processes, with the ability to operate independently with minimal direction. - • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, deduplication, formulas, PivotTables, filters, conditional formatting, charts). - • Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and the 7 QC quality tools.
