Senior Business Analyst, FinOps

Key Responsibilities • Business Process Definition: Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives. • Transaction Flow Mapping: Design and communicate end-to-end transaction workflows, capturing each step from initiation to completion, including decision points, handoffs, and exception handling. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, validate, and document functional and operational requirements — including performance, scalability, and reliability standards — that drive process design. • Design Document Review: Engage with Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Technology teams to obtain assurance BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience - 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 5+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions from scoping requirements through implementation - Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) ex PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - CMA or CPA, or MBA in finance, accounting or related field - • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards); Knowledge of Tableau - • Experience as a solution architect, migration specialist, or similar solutioning role - • Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions for complex tec
