- Creator Acquisition & Development: Source, onboard, and train a diverse creator roster (lifestyle creators, celebrities, subject matter experts) for Amazon Live IN. - Content Strategy & Programming: Develop marquee shows, mini-series, and event-based livestream programming that drive customer goals. - Performance Analysis: Analyze livestream metrics to identify improvement levers and inform product roadmap recommendations. - Launch and manage new customer products and propositions. - Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for new creator product launches - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and global cross functional teams ensuring requirements are reflected in the product roadmap. - Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor creator activation rates, click volumes, and advertiser RoAS. Surface insights to improve fill rates, creator earnings predictability, and program health. - Market Intelligence: Track competitive landscape and recommend differentiated strategies to win creator mindshare in India. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
