Senior Compensation Consultant, APAC/MEATR Operations/Customer Service

You'll have opportunities to: • Partner with global teams on innovative compensation solutions • Drive strategic initiatives that impact thousands of employees • Develop deep expertise in international markets and compensation practices • Build influential relationships across all levels of the organization • This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data - Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices - Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries - Experience with Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - • Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
