Senior Engagement Manager, Developer Transformation

• Own the India AI-DLC engagement pipeline — proactively identify, qualify, and prioritize developer transformation opportunities across ISVs, GSIs, FSI, and Enterprise segments by diving deep into customers' engineering organization structures, technology stacks, and business priorities. Define intake criteria and triage mechanisms that enable scale across the team. Convert undefined customer interest into scoped, investment-justified engagement proposals with clear success metrics and ROI projections. • Develop and articulate executive-level narratives that connect developer transformation to business outcomes — productivity ROI, innovation velocity, and competitive differentiation. Tailor value propositions by industry vertical and customer maturity, and present independently to VP/CxO-level engineering and business BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience - 6+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent - Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines - PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification - Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improveme
