Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytical support Evaluate and prioritize new business ideas to drive innovation and growth Lead the financial planning process and assume primary P&L responsibility Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, FP&A, Accounting, and Shared Services Engage effectively with external stakeholders to achieve business objectives Financial Management and Reporting: Ensure robust operational controls, administrative procedures, and reporting systems Drive financial strength and operating efficiency while supporting rapid business growth Team Leadership and Development: Hire, develop, and retain top talent within the finance organization Provide leadership, management, and vision to the team BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 12+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience - MBA, or CPA - 8+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - 10+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
