* Grow adoption of ‘Amazon Shopping Videos’ by driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through marketing campaigns across multiple (onsite and offsite) digital channels. * Develop and deliver GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches. * Conduct customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in this growing space. * Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross channel marketing plans to build awareness, adoption and engagement of key features. * Partner with product teams to develop product roadmaps for features meant to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs), engagement and retention for the program. * Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance. * Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting - Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
