Senior Partner Development Specialist Migrate and Modernize, India Partner Core

You will own the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of Amazon’s services within the AWS partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with key consulting and technology partners to help AWS customers modernize and migrate at scale and speed; developing and executing enablement, marketing, and promotion strategies to help partners better engage with AWS customers; and enabling AWS product/service teams, business development and sales teams to better engage with our partners. You’ll also work closely with the product/service teams to help them evolve the products/services and address issues, concerns, and requests from AWS partners. The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to engage with partner business teams as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organisationally to build consensus. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications - 5+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - MBA - Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
