Senior Product Manager - Tech, DP&R

1. Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases, requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities. 2. Work directly with engineering to build exceptional products. 3. Partner with other teams across Amazon Product and Tech to identify and influence development of new products and services. 4. Understand customer (external and internal) needs, define clear project plans and execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment. 5. Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, working with business, operations, tech and BI teams to define and deliver solutions. 6. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints. 7. Collaborate with global stakeholders in other re BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics - 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Knowledge of architectural concepts and algorithms, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members - Experience identifying and solvin PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development - MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience launching new products that cross multiple organization verticals and across broad geographies
