Senior Product Manager - Tech, Shipment Technologies

- Serve as the subject matter expert in transportation and logistics, control towers, and workflow automation, leveraging your deep domain knowledge to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive the successful implementation of new product features and enhancements - Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives and effectively communicates it to stakeholders - Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to inform product decisions and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions - Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and the product is delivered on time and within budget BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent - Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge - Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influen PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - 5+ years of supply chain operations and logistics experience
