Senior Program Manager, RME Sort Center Mile Partner, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, INOPs

Strategic: The role drives the OP budget cycle understanding site-level requirements, while targeting >10% cost savings by encouraging and horizontally deploying FCF initiatives. Operational: Deliver zero loss time injury and zero serious injury to technicians, drive safety compliance, and drives FCF initiatives. Financial: Govern RME SC OPEX and enable >10% YoY savings through analytics, spare control, and preventive strategies. People: Develop technicians and close technical skill gaps through learning programs, capability building and reduced non-technical workload. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent - 7+ years of program or project management experience - Experience delivering cross functional projects - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience in cost/benefit analysis of project proposals PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
