Senior Solutions Architect, Developer Transformation

Customer Engagement & Transformation • Own a portfolio of 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts per half, driving measurable developer productivity improvements (target: 2X+ on key workflows) from initial engagement through sustained adoption. • Lead engagements with enterprise customers (ISVs, GSIs, FSI, Fortune 500), driving full engineering organization transformation beyond workload migrations • Work hands-on with customer developers — from prompt patterns and context management to integrating AI tools into existing workflows and CI/CD pipelines • Engage directly with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering) to articulate technical vision and business value of developer productivity improvements • Design and deliver hands-on workshops BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 13+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience - 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle - Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS - Experience in a technical role within a sales organization - Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals - Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering) - Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures - Experience working with end user or developer communities
