Senior Technical Program Manager, Relay Central (TTS)

Lead large-scale technical programs and strategic initiatives across Relay Central and partner organizations Drive initiatives that improve carrier experience, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and trust Partner with engineering teams to design simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions to complex business and technical challenges Establish mechanisms that raise the bar on execution, operational excellence, and delivery quality Drive roadmap planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and release coordination across multiple teams Work backwards from carrier and business needs to influence product and technical direction Identify risks proactively and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership and partner teams Use data-driven decision making to improve customer outcomes and operational performance Help build a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high standards across teams Professional traits that are not unique to this position, but necessary for Amazon leaders Exhibits excellent judgment Earns t BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
