Software Development Engineer, Alexa Connections

You'll research and build the intelligence that helps people stay connected to the ones who matter. A central part of this is modeling each customer's personal connections graph, a privacy-first representation of their relationships and communication patterns, and using it to power an assistant that is context-aware and grows more helpful over time. You'll draw on large language models, agentic reasoning, and personalization to anticipate who, when, and how a customer wants to connect, and to act on their behalf across calls, text, and email. It's open-ended research applied to a real product, turning advances in personalization and memory into an agent that genuinely understands the people in a customer's life. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
